Tariff

We’ll publish the costs for 2018 once they are confirmed.

As a guide, the tariff for 2017 is shown below.  Rydal Hall increased their prices slightly from 2016, so this was the first increase in the cost of full board since 2014.

Includes bed, breakfast, 3 course evening meal and morning coffee.  If afternoon tea is required, this will bring the overall price to £525

We offer a student discount for those in full-time education.We can be flexible if you aren’t able to stay the whole week (depending on availability).

Non-residents

£10 per rehearsal, £120 for the full week. Half price for under 18s.  Includes morning tea / coffee.

Costs for the campsite (taken from the Rydal Hall website) as at July 2017 were:

In the same was as for non-residents, if you choose to camp and you would like to play in the orchestra as well, you will need to pay £10 per rehearsal, or £120 for the full week (half price for under 18s).

Payment

We accept cheques, bank transfers, and direct debit.  You can spread the cost over the months leading up to the course if you prefer.

Key dates for payments are:

  • Deposit by 31st March 2018.  For residents this is £100, for non-residents £25.
  • Full balance by 30th June 2018.
